In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

When sending a support request, please describe the issue in as much detail as possible, including screenshots. Also please provide your store access details if you think we may need it for issue resolution.

Support Policy

Our support is limited to usage and issues with the theme and does NOT cover customization and support for 3rd party plugins. However we do offer simple css and code snippets whenever possible for simple customization.
We try to respond to queries within 24 hours, however depending on weekends and public holidays it may stretch upto 72 hrs.
