# Vogal – Product Metafields

## Countdown

**Step 1 :**

```
Go to Store Admin –> Settings –> Metafields and metaobjects –> Click Products -> Click on “Add definition”
```

**Step 2:** Add data as below

**Name**: Countdown
**Namespace and Key**: custom.countdown (Must use this key)
**Select type**: Date and Time( Select Date )

**Step 3 :** Now go to your products and Scroll down to “**Metafields**” and Select Date from Countdown field and click save.

## Short Description

**Step 1 :**

**Name**: Short Description
**Namespace and Key**: custom.short_des (Must use this key)
**Select type**:Multi-line text

**Step 3 :** Now go to your products and Scroll down to “**Metafields**”, add text to the short description and click save.
