my extended support has run out very fast! Thank you for your help over the past year. I would like to extend for more thefore I would like to ask you – is it possible to get any discount? Now I see support for 6 months for 27usd, which is expensive for me.

I don’t mind paying more than half a year , I like you support so if its possible I can pay 1 – 2 years in advance.

I have checked and last time I extended I payed 12,50 USD for 6 months support. Is it possible to have this discounted price?

thank you for your response. Your support is definitely amazing as I have already mentioned in my reviews and I would like to extend it. I did not know the support expires so soon. I have checked the conditions and the price for six months is quite expensive. Is it possible to extend for example for 12 months instead of six but under better price? As I have mentioned – I dont have my store running yet, so the price is quite expensive for me now.

You have just two day support time remaining now. After that you can’t create support ticket on on our system.

You need to extend six month extra support time from themeforest. Price will be increase after two days so buy it before expired.

I have noticed that on my envanto account it says my support for this theme is expiring, what does this mean? I will no acess to this support ticket system? I havent launch my site yet, the launch will be by the end of this month so after that if there will be some problems once my site is live, I will need the support.
