1) You can disable “I agree with the terms and conditions” from theme customize > theme settings > general settings > Terms and conditions

2) It’s not animation effect but Lazyload image option. It’s most important features for increase site speed.

3) Shopify show only mobile site speed score. You already getting good speed. check screenshot https://nimb.ws/hTA5pS

You need to show limited data in page for increase mobile site speed.

4) It’s show only when you are using shopify payment options on your store. for more info contact shopify support team as checkout page load direct from shopify and we do not have any access to edit it.
