1. Digital Product Nature

Since Adorn Themes offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product download link is provided. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We honor refund requests for the following reasons, as aligned with Envato Market refund guidelines:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to mailing issues or technical errors.
  • Major defects: Although all our themes are thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. You must provide a link to your store or a screenshot so our technical team can verify the issue.
  • Product not-as-described: A refund will be issued if the item is materially different from the item description or the live preview demo.
  • Unfixable technical issues: If our support team cannot resolve a critical bug within the theme that prevents basic functionality.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the theme.
  • The theme does not have a specific feature that was never advertised.
  • You lack the technical skills to use the theme or Shopify platform.
  • You bought the theme by mistake but have already downloaded the files.
  • Third-party app conflicts that are unrelated to the theme’s core code.
