Step 1:

From your shopify store admin > Click “Settings” > Custom data > Products > Add Definition

Create a metafield as shown in the image below.

Step 2 :

From your shopify store admin -> Products -> Add product

Set the product title (that you would like to display for products group) and ad description.

Scroll to the metafield box at the bottom of the page. Click on the “Product Group” field and select your products.

Save the page and check it.
