You will get license to use our theme on any one store/domain and 6 month free theme support with your purchase our themes.
Support Time #
Our support team is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the GMT+05:30 (IST) time zone. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. In certain situations, the response time may extend to 48 hours. Support tickets submitted during weekends or public holidays will be addressed on the following Monday or the next business day.
Theme Support includes #
- Questions regarding theme settings/existing features/sections.
- Theme bug fixes
- We provide basic styling adjustments for your stores, typically completed within 10 to 15 minutes.
Support does not include #
- Integrations or installation of third party apps or troubleshooting issues and bugs caused by apps. (supported by their own developers)
- Theme update installations
- We do not offer support for modifications made by you or your developer and create issues in our theme. It is strongly advised to backup theme files before making any modifications so it will allow you to restore the original files in case any issues arise.
- Making store customization documented in Shopify’s Help Center
- Customization or code edits that involve changing theme functionality, adding new features, adding new theme settings and changing theme layout
- If you have requested any custom change in your theme from us and you want to update theme in future, you need to carry out these changes by your self from old version to new version, We will not do same work again every time when you update theme.
Theme customization #
Theme customization is not part of our complimentary support services. For modifications or any questions that relate to changing the appearance or functions of your theme, Please contact Shopify Expert OR our theme customization service
Make code modifications at your own discretion. AdornThemes will not offer support for any issues arising from your changes. Please work with a developer or Shopify Expert to ensure proper customization. We highly recommend creating a duplicate of your theme before making any code additions or modifications. This way, you can easily revert to the backup theme if any changes disrupt the functionality of your theme.
