What’s included with my theme support?
When you purchase our themes, You will get license to use our theme on any one store/domain and 6 month free support.
We’re in GMT+05:30 (IST) and we aim to answer all questions within 24 hours (Monday – Friday). In some cases the waiting time can be extended to 48 hours. Support requests sent during weekends or public holidays will be processed on next Monday or the next business day.
Our Theme Support includes
- Questions regarding theme settings/existing features/sections.
- Theme bug fixes
- We do offer basic styling adjustments on your stores Which can be completed in 10-15 minutes.
Support does not include
- Integrations or installation of third party apps or troubleshooting issues and bugs caused by apps.(which are supported by their own developers)
- Theme update installations
- We do not offer support for modifications made by you or your developer and create issues in our theme. We highly recommended to take backup of theme files and use backup theme if modifications create issue in theme.
- Making store customization documented in Shopify’s Help Center
- Customization or code edits that involve changing theme functionality, adding new features, adding new theme settings and changing theme layout
- If you have requested any custom change in your theme from us and you want to update theme in future, you need to carry out these changes by your self from old version to new version, We will not do same work again every time when you update theme.
Theme Customization is not included in free support. For modifications or any questions that relate to changing the appearance or functions of your theme, Please contact Shopify Expert OR our development service at firstname.lastname@example.org
Errors created by an app or Custom changes
If you are experiencing a recent issue that wasn’t present when you initially installed our theme, we suggest reading our guidelines to Troubleshooting issues.
Please note: Out of the Sandbox will be closed for the holiday season. We will be away from December 24th to January 4th so our team can enjoy a holiday break.
During this closure, we will maintain limited support hours to respond to urgent requests.
